Potential is universal. Opportunity should be, too.

For students with the drive to build but not the means, we fund their degree in full, then stay with them through mentorship, internships and industry access, from their first semester to their first venture.

Why we exist

India's future engineers are quietly giving up their seats.

Somewhere in India this week, a student who cleared the entrance exam is telling her parents she won't take her seat.

She has the rank she studied two years for. What she doesn't have is the first-semester fee, a way to cover hostel costs far from home, or a family that can manage four more years without another income. So she lets the seat go, and India loses an engineer it will never know it had.

Limitless exists so that no student with the drive to build has to make that choice. We fund their degree in full, stay with them until they stand on their own, and measure ourselves by the families that rise with them.

Our story

Educate one student, and you lift an entire family.

We have watched it happen again and again. When one young person in a family is given the chance to study, the change does not stay with them. It moves through the household, quietly at first, and then all at once.

The first salary clears a debt that has followed the family for years. Parents who spent a decade choosing between rent and fees finally stop choosing. A household that once lived one bad month from crisis begins, for the first time, to plan for the future instead of fearing it.

An education is never given to one person. It is given to a family, and through them, to every generation that follows.

We have spent our careers backing founders who build what India needs next. Again and again we met students with every bit of that ability and none of the means, close to giving up a seat they had fought for. Long before Limitless had a name, we paid their fees ourselves. The foundation makes that promise permanent, and invites you to keep it with us.

Why it compounds

One scholarship. A family's entire trajectory.

The return on a single degree isn't measured in one life. It's measured in everyone that life carries with it.

  1. Year 1

    The seat is kept

A student who would have dropped out walks into her first lecture instead of her first shift.

  2. Year 4

    The first salary

A graduate's first pay cheque arrives, and the household's arithmetic changes overnight.

  3. Year 6

    The siblings follow

Younger brothers and sisters stay in school, because someone in the family has shown where it leads.

  4. Year 20

    A new starting line

The next generation is born into a different beginning. The cycle that held the family back is broken for good.

The journey we fund

From a first lecture to a family transformed.

A Limitless scholarship follows a student through every stage that matters, and stays until the whole family feels the difference.

2026 Diwali cohort

This Diwali, 27 new scholars begin. Contributions made this festive season will carry 27 aspiring engineers and scientists through their degrees, with a mentor and industry placements alongside. Few gifts this Diwali will last as long.

Our approach

A scholarship is only the beginning.

A paid fee receipt doesn't teach a first-generation student how to walk into an interview, who to call for an internship, or what to do when the first semester feels impossibly far from home. So we don't stop at fees.

A full scholarship

Tuition, examinations, books and equipment, covered from the first semester to the last, so scholars can give their full attention to learning instead of the next fee deadline.

Mentorship

Each scholar is paired with a mentor who has built and backed companies: someone in their corner who sharpens their thinking, opens their network and helps them chart what comes next.

Internships & industry

Placements inside Transition Venture Capital's portfolio companies, working on live technology problems alongside the founders and engineers solving them.

A path to a career

Guidance from campus placement to first role. And for those with the ambition, the confidence and the network to found something of their own.

Our vision

A generation of engineers who become innovators, innovators who become founders, and founders who build the technologies India needs for its energy transition and industrial future.

  1. Engineer

    Masters the fundamentals

  2. Innovator

    Solves problems that matter

  3. Founder

    Builds what India needs next

The truest measure of opportunity is not how far one person goes, but how many more are given the chance to begin.

The founders

Raiyaan Shingati & Mohammed Shoeb Ali

Raiyaan and Shoeb are not distant benefactors. Having lived what an education can do for a family, they personally mentor Limitless scholars, opening their networks and sharing their experience as investors, so that each student leaves with more than a degree: a clear path into meaningful work.

Get involved

Three ways to stand with a scholar.

Money keeps a student in the classroom. Time and access carry them beyond it. Every one of these changes a life.

  1. 01

    Fund a scholarship

Cover a scholar's fees, books and equipment, in full or in part, and receive updates on the student you support.

    Give now
  2. 02

    Open your doors

Host a Limitless scholar as an intern and give them their first real experience of building technology.

    Offer an internship
  3. 03

    Become a mentor

Give a few hours a month to a first-generation student who has no one in their family to ask.

    Volunteer as a mentor

Support a scholar

Help a student change their family's trajectory.

Somewhere tonight, a student holding an admission letter is deciding whether their family can afford to keep it. Your contribution answers for them: a full degree, a mentor in their corner, and a career that lifts everyone they love.
